I’ve been using this skewer with my 15.5 QT Brio for Sunday chicken night and the even cooking is exactly what I was hoping for. The fit is solid, no wobble during the whole cycle, and cleanup takes just a quick wipe. Definitely a step up from wrestling with a standard basket for that rotisserie eff

So glad I finally tried the rotisserie function instead of just using the basket — that stainless steel skewer locks in tight and spins evenly on my 15.5 QT, turning out a perfect chicken with crispy skin every time. Cleanup is a breeze too, just a quick rinse and it's good as new.

Set it up on my 14 QT and the skewer held the chicken rock solid the whole time, spinning evenly so every side came out juicy. Cleanup was quicker than I expected since the prongs slide right off the rod, which makes it way easier to wash than my old setup.
