The extra capacity on this rack means I can finally cook a big bird without worrying about it fitting, and the whole thing lifts out smoothly for carving. Cleanup was quick too since nothing stuck to the surface. Definitely saved me from wrestling with the pan this Thanksgiving.

The handles on the rack gave me a solid grip when I lifted the whole turkey out of the oven, and the extra depth of the pan kept the drippings from spilling over. It made carving and cleanup a lot less stressful for our big family dinner.

The rack handles are sturdy enough that I can lift a fully loaded turkey without it wobbling, which made carving way less stressful. Cleanup was straightforward too, since everything fits together without extra pieces to misplace. I’m glad I grabbed this before the holidays.
