11.5-inch Pizza Stone

I’ve had this stone for a month now and the crust comes out way crispier than anything I’ve made on a metal pan, especially in my small oven. The 11.5-inch size is perfect for a personal pizza, and cleanup is just a quick wipe after it cools.

The 11.5-inch size fits my countertop oven perfectly, and the stone holds heat so well that my dough gets that blistered, pizzeria-style bottom without any soggy spots. It’s heavier than I expected, but that’s exactly what makes it bake so evenly.

I pulled a slightly undercooked cheese pizza out of my oven and the bottom came out golden and crackly instead of doughy—it's the even heat that did it. Cleanup was just a quick wipe with a damp cloth, which is way easier than I expected from a stone.
