Grilled a single chicken breast and a few veggies for lunch, and the compact 3-quart size was perfect for just me. The ridges left nice char marks and cleanup was quick since nothing stuck.
The ridges do a great job searing, and I love that it’s compact enough to stash in the cabinet without wrestling everything else out. Cleanup was quick since the nonstick surface just needed a gentle wipe. It’s become my go-to for a single portion of veggies or a quick chicken breast.
I cook for one and this pan fits right on my countertop without taking over the whole space. The size is just right for searing a couple of chicken thighs, and cleanup took me under two minutes since nothing stuck.
