The tray is a perfect fit under the basket, catching all the grease without any mess on the counter. Cleanup takes seconds since the drippings stay contained in the nonstick surface. It’s one of those accessories I didn’t realize I needed until I used it once.
The oil collects right in the tray instead of pooling at the bottom of the air fryer, which makes cleanup way less annoying. I’m glad I grabbed the 15.5 QT size since it catches everything without spilling over.
