Schwere Kochroste

Baked a full sheet of chicken thighs and veggies the other night, the rack didn’t flex or wobble one bit even loaded down. The grid spacing is wide enough that air got around everything nicely, made cleanup a quick wipe.

These things don't flex a millimeter even with a full tray of heavy casserole dishes on top. The sturdy platform handles the daily rotation in and out of my oven without any wobble or bending. Exactly the reliability I was after.

I've been rotating these in and out of my oven daily for two months now, and the heavy-duty construction still hasn't bent or warped once. They hold a full lasagna dish without any flex, which is more than I can say for my old wire racks.
